Frequently asked questions

Anyone – at any level – is welcome.  Small business, corporate, non-profit, government, faith, etc.  This series builds individual leadership capacities.

The series requires a commitment to attend all six sessions during the scheduled series.  The program is designed for the learning from each session to build on content from the prior session.  Because Sophia uses a learning circle model for this program where the most essential ideas, “ah-ha’s, and best practices come from the interaction between participants themselves, which can’t be replicated in a make-up session.

Actual “homework” is less than 1 hour per session.  The real homework is putting the concepts, skills and ideas shared in the class into action in your everyday personal and professional life.

This program is typically offered two times a year, but scheduling varies. To be added to a notification list on upcoming series or to find out about this program for a team or group, contact us at hello@sophiaparnters.org.

In the meantime, we invite you to check out our monthly Community of Practice sessions.
