Activate Servant Leadership
The Servant Leadership Learning Community (SLLC) is an evolution of the Dallas SLLC. For more than 20 years, SLLC participants have gained valuable information and insight from featured speakers and peers. The sessions focus on building and strengthening servant leadership cultures in workplaces.

Who You Will Meet
You’ll join over 40 other individuals from a variety of disciplines, including corporations, public service, healthcare, education, nonprofits, and other organization sectors. The facilitators themselves will bring a breadth of experience but expect to learn just as much from your SLLC peers.
How It Works
Each session will include a featured speaker who delves into a servant leadership theme based on their area of expertise and experience. Time will be dedicated in each session for peer-to-peer conversations, question exploration, and sharing resources.
Authentic conversations within the sessions are facilitated by SLLC Program Partners, Christa Williams of Sophia Partners, and Matthew Kosec of Matthew Kosec Consulting LLC.
