Servant Leadership Learning Community® (SLLC) is an evolution of the Dallas SLLC program and Sophia Partners Community of Practice program for practitioners committed to creating servant-led organizations and communities.

For more than 25 years, SLLC participants have gained valuable information and insight from featured speakers and peers. The virtual & in-person sessions focus on building and strengthening servant leadership cultures in workplaces.

What You Will Experience

What to Expect

Each session will include a featured speaker who delves into a servant leadership theme based on their area of expertise and experience. Time will be dedicated in each session for peer-to-peer conversations, question exploration, and sharing resources for personal and professional development.

You’ll join over 40 other individuals from a variety of disciplines, including corporations, public service, healthcare, education, nonprofits, and other organization sectors. The facilitators will bring a breadth of experience but expect to learn just as much from your SLLC peers.

With over 20 years of organizational experience and an ongoing journey of servant leadership, Matt coaches executive leaders and teams. He tells vulnerable and relatable stories to help clients navigate change, performance gaps and team effectiveness.
