Servant Leadership

Servant Leadership Learning Community (SLLC) is an evolution of the Dallas SLLC and Sophia Partner’s Community of Practice for practitioners committed to creating servant-led organizations and communities.

For twelve years and counting, SLLC participants have found greater clarity and enhanced energy by forming a learning community that shares the successes and challenges of creating servant-led organizations.

What You Will Learn

1. Notice and cultivate “what you already do well” so that you can lead more effectively.
2. Deepen capacities for listening, accessing inner wisdom, and taking courageous next steps.
3. New, creative ways to quicken your growth curve, awaken possibilities within, and make a greater difference in your organization and community.
4. “Be present” within a community of like-minded individuals and receive the gift of a highly supportive network of dedicated servant-leaders.

Who You Will Meet

You’ll join over 40 other individuals on the journey of servant leadership. Past participants have come from a variety of disciplines, from work in corporations, public service, healthcare, education, nonprofit, and other sectors. The facilitators will bring a breadth of experience, but expect to learn just as much from your SLLC peers. Some of our participants maintain relationships beyond their course.

How It Works

Participants virtually attend three 2 hour Zoom sessions. Each session includes a featured speaker who will delve into a theme of servant leadership with the group. The final meeting date and locations in the Dallas, TX and Fond du Lac, WI geographic areas will take place in-person and be announced at a later date.

Authentic conversations within the sessions are facilitated by Christa Williams of Sophia Partners and Matthew Kosec of Matthew Kosec Consulting, LLC.
