She is dedicated to leading with a servant’s heart and “engaging and igniting the potential.” Christa engages program participants through a conversational learning style, perfect for workshops, keynotes, and facilitated learning experiences.

Christa is a Gallup Certified Strengths coach and specializes in the following areas: Servant Leadership, World Cafe’ Facilitation, Strengths-based Leadership, and Learning Experience Design. She takes inspiration from the work of Robert K. Greenleaf, Peter Block, Peter Senge, Parker Palmer, Dawna Markova, and Margaret Wheatley to name just a few.

Christa earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from UW-Oshkosh with Masters of Servant Leadership courses at Viterbo University.  She has additional training and certifications in the areas of servant leadership, compassionate listening, and group facilitation.  She is dedicated to leading with a servant’s heart and “engaging and igniting the potential” in people to live together as a caring community.  Christa lives near Fond du Lac, Wisconsin with her husband.
