2 options each month

Sophia offers two monthly options for your learning journey. Coffee & Conversation is now currently online only. Leaders do Lunch is continuing to be made available online only. Join us for either:

  • Coffee & Conversation – ONLINE:  3rd Friday of each month;  7:30 a.m. – 8:30 a.m.
  • Leaders do Lunch – ONLINE:  4th Tuesday of each month;  11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

Use this learning community to refresh, learn and strength your individual servant leadership practices. Visit Sophia’s event calendar for the online link to attend these sessions.

Program Overview

Community of Practice sessions are amazing opportunities for any and all area leaders to gather and learn from each other. Through these monthly sessions, attendees build, share, and learn from others as a community of servant leaders.  It’s highly interactive and each month a different servant leadership topic is explored.  The same topic is covered during both sessions monthly.

As a peer-facilitated meeting, attendees can expect to learn individual and organization best practices, explore questions, share servant leadership success stories, and network with each other.   It quickly becomes a great resource for individuals to learn, share, and grow from each other.  Everyone is a leader – at work, at home, and in their community.  This monthly event is for you!
