Servant Leadership Learning Community (SLLC) is an evolution of the Dallas SLLC and Sophia Partners Community of Practice for practitioners committed to creating servant-led organizations and communities.
For more than 20 years, SLLC participants have gained valuable information and insight from featured speakers and peers. The sessions focus on building and strengthening servant leadership cultures in workplaces.

What to Expect
Each session will include a featured speaker who delves into a servant leadership theme based on their area of expertise and experience. Time will be dedicated in each session for peer-to-peer conversations, question exploration, and sharing resources.
You’ll join over 40 other individuals from a variety of disciplines, including corporations, public service, healthcare, education, nonprofits, and other organization sectors. The facilitators will bring a breadth of experience but expect to learn just as much from your SLLC peers.
