Permission to be who I am

15.01.19

Meet Kim Galske.

Co-founder of Rewired Dynamics.

As a previous Sophia Leadership Learning Circle Series participant, she uses her leadership & communication skills to build leaders in corporate, sports and military organizations.

In 2017, the Leadership Learning Circle Series brought individuals across our community together to learn & grow in their self-awareness, teambuilding, and community support.

Through a nonprofit scholarship, Kim was able to participate in our leadership series. We’re grateful for our great community partners on making that happen!

Today, Kim works at Rewired Dynamics, and Communication Coaching.

As a veteran of both the United States Marine Corps, Army National Guard, Mrs. Wisconsin United States 2019, and former Executive Director for Salute the Troops, she is always challenging the status quo.

Her ability to provide ingenious, innovative problem solving to a wide variety of businesses and organizations makes her a sought-after expert on culture dynamics and how to liberate leaders.

Keep working on those big ideas, Kim. We’ll always be here to support you & your work!

Presented by Sophia Partners to Dr. Richard Kyte at Viterbo University’s Conference on Servant Leadership on June 25, 2026, in La Crosse, Wisconsin, the award reminds us that the greatest measure of leadership isn’t found in a title or a résumé.

It’s found in the lives we’ve influenced, the people we’ve empowered, and the communities we’ve helped strengthen.

Board Bios: Meet Mason Gravelle

A Fond du Lac native and nonprofit leader, Mason Gravelle believes thriving communities are built through collaboration, shared leadership, and meaningful relationships.

As the Philanthropy Director at the Agnesian HealthCare Foundation, Mason works closely with community partners, donors, and organizational leadership to translate shared values into measurable, difference-making impact.

He recently celebrated his eighth anniversary at SSM Health where he began his career in Marketing before transitioning to the Agnesian HealthCare Foundation.

With experience collaborating closely with executive leaders, Mason brings a strong understanding of board governance, strategic planning, and the importance of aligning mission, values, and decision-making to the Sophia Board of Directors, which he joined as of June 2026. …
