This program requires a commitment to attend all sessions during the scheduled times.
Anyone – at any level – is welcome. Small business, corporate, nonprofit, education, government, healthcare, faith, etc. This series builds individual leadership capacities for all people.
Actual “homework” is less than 1 hour per session. The real homework is putting the concepts, skills, and ideas shared in the class into action in your everyday personal and professional life.

Fostering a Servant Leadership Mindset: Insight and understanding of essential practices of servant leadership that bring out the best in ones self and others to achieve shared outcomes.
Developing Self-Awareness: Being aware of one’s innate way of thinking and working that can inspire or limit positive results.
Improving Communication: Develops skills for engaging in creative and possibility-oriented thinking as a way of building relationships, aligning expectations, overcoming limiting beliefs and having critical conversations.
Cultivating Trust and Accountability: Equips participants with personal and group practices foundational to building relationships and impactful teams.
Achieving Impact: Although goals and short-term results are essential, participants will be asked to work toward aligning organizational and personal purpose for greater impact.
