Growing Our Team

10.07.25 Featured

Meet Meaghan TerBeest.

Sophia’s NEW Office Coordinator.

Starting this summer, Meaghan is the newest addition to the Sophia Partners Team, joining Executive Director Christa Williams and Operations Coordinator Samantha King as the Office Coordinator.

“Everyone is a leader, and everyone gets a choice in how they want to lead. Choosing servant leadership is not only a choice, it’s a lifestyle.”

Biography:

Meaghan is committed to making a difference in people’s lives by facilitating and demonstrating servant leadership in all that she does.

As a new associate of Sophia Partners, Meaghan is on a journey to enhance and grow professionally.

This journey started at Marian University, where she studied Theology and Therapeutic Arts, Theology being the starting point of her understanding and passion for servant leadership. Upon attending Moraine Park Technical College and procuring her Degrees in Business Management, Small Business Entrepreneurship, and Business Logistics Coordination, along with a certification in Project Coordination, she found that leadership is the backbone of any organization. Through her studies and experience, Meaghan found that servant leadership is the most intentional and charismatic way to lead.

Christa Williams, Sophia Partners Executive Director, shared, “We’re thrilled to welcome Meaghan to our team! At Sophia Partners, we believe in a workplace environment where everyone feels empowered to contribute, grow, and thrive. We’re looking forward to working together with Meaghan to better serve our stakeholders and create a positive and transformative impact in the spaces we share and the place we call home.”

Please give a warm welcome to Meaghan!
