This month’s topic: Leading with Trust

Greenleaf wrote about servant-leaders being individuals who “show the way for others” by setting goals and giving others something to strive for. However, he also says, “the one who states the goal must elicit trust.” In this session, we will discuss the role of trust in servant leadership.
