Topic:  Building Trust as a Servant Leader

During the October Community of Practice Sessions attendees will discuss:

• Why is trust important? 
• Who is responsible for trust? 
• What can I do to build it?

In a time when polls show us public trust of leaders and the government is lower than any time since 1972, we must ask ourselves, as servant leaders, how do we build trust?  Join us for a conversation on how to build trust in personal relationships, as well as, part of teams, groups and community.  The facilitator of this session will be Sue Roettger, Sophia board member and retired vice-president of Human Resources at Mid-States Aluminum – Fond du Lac.
