Meet Nichole
Youth Leadership Fond du Lac Coordinator of Sophia Transformative Leadership Partners

Starting this fall, Nichole Rusniaczek will be the 2023-2024 Youth Leadership Fond du Lac Coordinator to provide leadership training and experiences for high school students from around the Greater Fond du Lac area. She said, “I intend to encourage and inspire our students to grow their leadership skills and better understand how they can positively contribute to their communities through the exposure they will receive in this program.”
Nichole has been an educator in Fond du Lac for the past 25 years, having earned a Bachelor of Science in Education and a Masters in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Connecting with kids and families at school and throughout the community brings her joy!
She and her husband, Rob, have two daughters, Dolcé (sophomore in college) and Zosia (senior in high school), in addition to two Teddy Bear puppies: Delta and Lila. In her free time, she loves to run, read, travel and spend time with family and friends.
