Servant Leadership Community of Practice
April 25 @ 11:30 am - 12:30 pm

This month’s topic:
Intentionally Creating Employee Engagement through Servant Leadership
The goal of employee engagement is for an employee to feel emotionally committed to an organization and its goals.
How do you do that? What steps can you take? What if YOU are the one who is not engaged?
In this month’s Servant Leadership Community of Practice, we will discuss how to intentionally create employee engagement through the practice of servant leadership.
Through small and large group discussions with peers, attendees will explore key learning lessons:
- What does employee engagement look like for you personally, on your team, in your organization?
- What do your one-on-one relationships look like? How do you create a caring mindset (in self and others)
- Recognizing the gaps and opportunities for engagement.
This session will be facilitated by Sophia Partners Executive Director and Learning Facilitator, Christa Williams.
*The session will be recorded.
