Continuous Improvement Practices for Servant Leaders
As part of their leadership journey, many individuals seek to develop personal and organizational strategies that can generate the best results for the benefit of the community they serve. Often best results are achieved by establishing and fostering a culture of continuous improvement that leads to sustainable transformation. During this learn and share a session, in light of the core aspects of the Servant Leadership philosophy, attendees will explore some of the continuous improvement practices that can help enrich other lives.
