Asking for Feedback
Whether you are leading a project or people, you need to give feedback to others regularly. That is not what this session is about. It is not even about how good you are at receiving unsolicited feedback from others.
During this session we are going to focus our servant leadership conversation on being intentional about asking for feedback from others.
