Creating a Mentorship Program

Mentors, Coaches and Learning Partners; what’s the difference?

Not only is mentoring essential to ensuring organizational and leadership sustainability, it is a fundamental servant leadership practice; the growth and well-being of others. This month’s session will feature a conversation with Curtiss Peck, Principal Consultant at ASI Consulting Group & Learning Facilitator for R.A.C.E. Suicide Prevention.  Curtiss will discuss the importance of creating a mentoring pipeline based on his experiences in corporate cultures, including Northwestern Mutual and Harley Davidson.  He will focus on how to ‘operationalize’ a formal mentoring program.  We will explore together how mentoring is the same and different from the need for ‘learning partners’ and ‘coaches.’   

Christa Williams, Executive Director of Sophia Transformative Leadership Partners, will facilitate this session in partnership with Curtiss Peck.
