Atlas of the Heart Book Group

Welcome to the Atlas of the Heart (by Brené Brown) Book Group – a NEW community program of Sophia Partners, facilitated by Caroline Lampereur. This book study was started with the intention of creating a welcoming, caring, and Sacred Circle for participants to be their authentic self and companion with others while listening, learning, and practicing the language of emotions. 

Dates:

The Book Group begins September 9, 2025 and ends May 12, 2026. Each session is from 10:00-11:30 AM (CT) via Zoom.

• Meets 2nd & 4th Tuesday of each month.
• *Nov. & Dec. monthly (Nov. 11, 2025; Dec. 9, 2025)

By registering for this program, you are committing to attend all 15 sessions. Once registered, you will receive the Zoom Link.

Pricing:

This community benefit and investment in yourself uses a “pay it forward model.” The program is FREE. Tax-deductible donations benefit Sophia Partners. The approximate value is $175 per person.

This time and study will provide you greater self-awareness, ability to practice noticing, naming, and exploring your feelings, and offer you more knowledge as you live, guide, and lead.
