 

Leadership Trainings are in partnership with the Fond du Lac Area Businesses on Health, otherwise known as FABOH. Each leadership training workshop features a different topic and speaker to support employee engagement.
This series will provide quarterly training opportunities for all FABOH member employees but is aimed specifically at supervisors, managers, directors, or any other employees who currently lead others within their organization or aspire to in the future.

Effective leadership begins with strong relationships, and at the heart of those relationships are trust and communication. This interactive workshop explores the essential skills leaders need to create environments where team members feel valued, heard, and empowered. Participants will examine strategies for building and maintaining trust, navigating difficult conversations, and communicating with clarity, authenticity, and impact. Through practical exercises, real-world scenarios, and reflective discussions, leaders will leave with actionable tools to strengthen collaboration, enhance team engagement, and foster a culture of transparency and accountability within their organizations.
