Executive Director

As executive director for the past 12 years, Christa Williams brings servant leadership to life as the operational leader of Sophia Transformative Leadership Partners (Sophia), learning facilitator and chief strategist. Christa has been mentored, guided and inspired by the foremost scholars in the servant leadership movement today including Sophia’s founder, Ginny Gilmore, Ann McGee-Cooper, Duane Trammel, Don Frick, Tom Thibodeau and more. She takes inspiration from the work of Robert K Greenleaf, Peter Block, Peter Senge, Parker Palmer, Dawna Markova, and Margaret Wheatley to name just a few. She is dedicated to leading with a servant’s heart and “engaging and igniting the potential” in people to live together as a caring community.
