Board Bios: Meet Jenny Knuth

15.09.25

Nestled outside of Campbellsport, Jenny Knuth enjoys life with her husband, Paul, and their two beloved dogs, Dilly and Colby. Whether at home or in her work, Jenny radiates creativity, connection, and a deep love for growth.

Professionally, Jenny operates Branch & Bloom, her freelance creative and design business, where she helps clients bring their vision to life. She also co-hosts the Red Couch Rebels podcast, a space dedicated to self-growth and meaningful connection. When she isn’t creating or collaborating, Jenny finds joy on her small lavender farm, tending her gardens, listening to music, reading, and sharing time with family and friends.

Jenny’s connection to Sophia Partners began through her passion for leadership and personal growth. She has been an active board member since 2015 and served as Board President from 2019-2020. Currently, she is the board secretary.

In her various roles, she finds a natural integration between Sophia’s mission and her daily work. She said:

“(Sophia’s) transformative principles and commitment to caring community naturally weave into my client work and community conversations.”

As someone with Maximizer and Futuristic CliftonStrengths, Jenny is always generating new ideas for community impact and engagement.

Her challenge? Simply finding enough hours in the day to bring them all to life! Jenny’s presence on the Sophia board is a testament to the way her gifts and passions can inspire others and strengthen community ties.

Meet other Sophia associates + board members.

Remembering the Roots: Honoring Servant Leadership’s Origins

Every year, organizations recognize leaders for accomplishments like revenue growth, innovation, market share, or operational excellence.

But the Ann McGee-Cooper Spirit of Servant-Leadership Award celebrates something different. It asks a question that goes beyond results: “Who did this person help become their best self?”

Presented by Sophia Partners to Dr. Richard Kyte at Viterbo University’s Conference on Servant Leadership on June 25, 2026, in La Crosse, Wisconsin, the award reminds us that the greatest measure of leadership isn’t found in a title or a résumé.

It’s found in the lives we’ve influenced, the people we’ve empowered, and the communities we’ve helped strengthen.

Board Bios: Meet Mason Gravelle

A Fond du Lac native and nonprofit leader, Mason Gravelle believes thriving communities are built through collaboration, shared leadership, and meaningful relationships.

As the Philanthropy Director at the Agnesian HealthCare Foundation, Mason works closely with community partners, donors, and organizational leadership to translate shared values into measurable, difference-making impact.

He recently celebrated his eighth anniversary at SSM Health where he began his career in Marketing before transitioning to the Agnesian HealthCare Foundation.

With experience collaborating closely with executive leaders, Mason brings a strong understanding of board governance, strategic planning, and the importance of aligning mission, values, and decision-making to the Sophia Board of Directors, which he joined as of June 2026. …
