Board Bios: Meet Jeff Stueber
For Jeff Stueber, service isn’t just a responsibility—it’s a way of life. A longtime resident of Fond du Lac, he and his wife Brenda share a lively home with their five wonderful kids and two furry friends: Luna (dog) and Pistachio (cat).
Professionally, Jeff has been shaping future leaders since 2011 as a professor of Small Business and Entrepreneurship at Moraine Park Technical College. With a Master’s degree in Education and Technology from Marian University, he brings both expertise and heart to the classroom, helping students turn their ideas into real-world impact.
Jeff began his role on the Sophia Board of Directors in April 2024, and was elected vice-president as of January 2025. His involvement with Sophia Partners is a natural extension of his personal values and professional mission.
“I feel like it is a calling to serve and help others,” he shared. “This shows up in the way I teach, the way I live, and how I show up in the community.”
His favorite quote sums up his philosophy well: “Life is like a game of tennis—those who serve well, seldom lose.”
Outside of work, Jeff is a passionate collector of vintage gaming systems and consoles and finds joy and relaxation in this hobby, which serves as both a creative outlet and a stress reliever.
Through education, mentorship, and community involvement, Jeff serves with intention, helping others level up in life, leadership, and purpose.
