Miles 4 Minds is a non-timed 4K run/walk on Saturday, May 30, 2026 empowering youth to support their mental health while raising awareness about community mental health resources, building resilience, and reminding our community that no one is alone.

This event is brought to you by the 2025-2026 Youth Leadership Fond du Lac cohort in partnership with SSM Health and the Fond du Lac County Health Department. A free community partner mental health awareness fair will be available during the event inside the Fond du Lac County Campus building.

Schedule

  • Registration: 8:00 am – 8:45 am
  • Run/Walk Start: 9:00 am
  • Door Prizes: 10:45 am
  • Event End: 11:00 am

Registration

  • Ages 0-5: Free (does not include T-shirt)
  • Ages 6-18: $5 (includes T-shirt)*
  • Ages 18+: $10 (includes T-shirt)*

*All participants ages 6+ who register by the beginning of May are guaranteed a T-shirt. T-shirt availability is not guaranteed after this date and may be limited or unavailable on the event date.

Details

During the event, attend a free community partner mental health awareness fair inside the Fond du Lac County Campus building.

There will be no food/water available on the course route. Refreshments will be provided for participants after the run/walk.

Door prizes will be drawn after the run/walk.

FAQ’s

What is the course route? >

The 4K run/walk route will be posted here by April 1, 2026.

Can I bring a stroller? >

Strollers or baby joggers are allowed for the run/walk. These participants are required to line up in the back at the start line.

Can I bring my dog? >

No, dogs are not permitted.

Can I ride my bike during the run/walk? >

No, bikes are not permitted.

Can I use an iPod, cell phone, etc., while I’m participating? >

Cell phones and iPods are allowed for listening to music but we ask that you keep volume levels to a reasonable level in order to hear instructions from volunteers.

Are there restrooms available? >

Yes, restrooms are available inside the Fond du Lac County Campus building.

What happens in the case of bad weather? >

The 4K run/walk will happen rain or shine. In case of severe weather, the resource fair will still be available inside the Fond du Lac County Campus building.
