Everyone is a leader, and everyone gets a choice in how they want to lead. Choosing servant leadership is not only a choice, it is a lifestyle. Meaghan is committed to making a difference in people’s lives by facilitating and demonstrating servant leadership in all that she does. She is very excited to learn more and experience what Sophia has to offer, which will enhance and deepen her passion for leadership. She hopes to expand her knowledge and serve as an extension of Sophia’s Mission.
Meaghan is on a journey to enhance and grow professionally. This journey started at Marian University, where she studied Theology and Therapeutic Arts. Theology was the starting point of my understanding and passion for servant leadership. Upon attending Moraine Park Technical College and procuring her Degrees in Business Management, Small Business Entrepreneurship, and Business Logistics Coordination, along with a certification in Project Coordination, she has found that leadership is the backbone of any organization. Through her studies and experience, she has found that servant leadership is the most intentional and charismatic way to lead.
