This month’s topic: Leading with Vulnerability (& Accountability)

In this session, we will explore the topic of vulnerability and address these questions: Can you be a strong leader and show vulnerability? Who are the “most vulnerable” that Greenleaf references in his best test? What is the connection between vulnerability and accountability?

This session will be facilitated by Christa Williams, Sophia Partners Executive Director and Learning Facilitator.

About this Conversation

Servant Leadership Community of Practice is a fully virtual offering for learning about your individual servant leadership strengths and learning new practices through small group discussion, facilitated conversations, and personal reflection. Program Overview

Community of Practice sessions are amazing opportunities for any and all leaders to gather and learn from each other.
