This month’s topic: Q&A about Servant Leadership

In this session, we will do a Q&A about Servant Leadership using the book: Questions and Answers about Servant Leadership by Dr. Kent Keith. Sophia Board member, Jenny Knuth, will be co-facilitating with Operations Coordinator, Samantha King. Conversation starter questions include:

  1. Is servant leadership a style of leadership?
  2. Can I be a servant leader if my boss isn’t?
  3. Is there a downside to servant leadership?
  4. Can only certain organizations practice servant leadership?

This book will be especially useful to those who naturally begin with questions, whether they are new to servant leadership or have been on the journey for many years. It provides the reader with starting points for further study, reflection, and implementation.

About this Conversation
