The book is a story of a fictional company that is grappling with real problems of high turnover and low morale, not unlike what is happening in companies across the globe right now. The Dream Manager is about the connection between the dreams we hold and the culture of a workplace that makes achieving those dreams possible.

In small group discussions and leadership exercises, you will take away tools, ideas, and resources for implementing the dream manager philosophy, personally and in your workplace. This session will be facilitated by Christa Williams, Executive Director and Learning Facilitator at Sophia.
*You do not need to read the book to attend.

Community of Practice sessions are amazing opportunities for any and all area leaders to gather and learn from each other. Through these monthly sessions, attendees build, share, and learn from others as a community of servant leaders. It’s highly interactive and each month a different servant leadership topic is explored. The same topic is covered during both sessions monthly (Coffee & Conversation and Leaders Do Lunch). Learn more about the Community of Practice program here.
