Christy Warner joins Sophia Partners in Fall 2026 as Office Coordinator, working alongside Executive Director & Learning Facilitator Christa Williams to build a network of transformative servant-leaders who unleash people’s potential and create collaborative, thriving spaces and places.
Christa shared, “Christy brings the kind of experience, curiosity, and heart that makes someone a great fit for Sophia Partners. I’m excited to have her alongside me. I know her skills and thoughtful approach will be a wonderful addition to our team and to the people and organizations we serve.”
After 37 years at Society Insurance, Christy is well equipped to support new and existing programming at Sophia Partners. “Having spent much of my career in management, I’m excited for this next chapter in my professional journey to work alongside an amazing group of people, both internally and externally through Sophia Partners and the community,” she said.
While her past experiences were primarily in a corporate setting, Christy looks forward to expanding and challenging her skills in the nonprofit environment. During her career, she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Concordia University-Mequon, with classes in Management and Human Resources. Christy lives in Eldorado, Wisconsin, with her husband.
