Hard skills or soft skills,

which are more important to being an effective leader? 

During this session we are going to take on the debate between whether hard skills or soft skills make people better leaders.  Often servant leadership is referred to as “the softer side of leadership.” We will discuss if this is true?  We will also explore what is defined as hard skills and soft skills when it comes to leadership.  Lastly, we will compare servant-leader characteristics against the lists of “hard” and “soft” skills of leadership.
