Using Servant Leadership to Set Goals for 2021

With 2020 almost behind us, have you created servant leadership goals for 2021 yet?

Robert Greenleaf, in his essay the “Servant as Leader,” speaks to the importance of goal setting.  He says, “A mark of a leader…is that he is better than most at pointing the direction.”

Attendees will work through a 4 step process to create and/or refine a personal leadership plan against key servant leadership principles.  The session will include peer to peer sharing of best practices and resources for supporting personal leadership development.
