Board Bios: Meet Jenna Wood

Jenna Wood values creating meaningful connections and building relationships in every area of her life.

As a Financial Advisor with Edward Jones, she combines her love of learning with her passion for encouraging others, guiding clients through their financial journeys at every stage of life.

Jenna attended her first Sophia Partners program in 2025, where she immediately connected with the organization’s shared value of leading others through a heart of service.

That experience deepened her commitment to servant leadership and inspired her desire to help cultivate strong leaders in Fond du Lac County.

Jenna lives in Fond du Lac with her husband, John. They have four grown children and share their home with two cats and two dogs. Fond du Lac is more than just the community where Jenna resides—it is truly the place she calls home.

Outside of work, Jenna enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, being involved in her local church, and contributing to the Fond du Lac community.

Jenna joined the Sophia Board of Directors in February 2026. She has previously served as a board member with the Fond du Lac Soccer Association and Wisconsin Missing Persons Advocacy, and she is excited to join Sophia Partners in helping strengthen leadership throughout Fond du Lac County.

Board Bios: Meet Mason Gravelle

A Fond du Lac native and nonprofit leader, Mason Gravelle believes thriving communities are built through collaboration, shared leadership, and meaningful relationships.

As the Philanthropy Director at the Agnesian HealthCare Foundation, Mason works closely with community partners, donors, and organizational leadership to translate shared values into measurable, difference-making impact.

He recently celebrated his eighth anniversary at SSM Health where he began his career in Marketing before transitioning to the Agnesian HealthCare Foundation.

With experience collaborating closely with executive leaders, Mason brings a strong understanding of board governance, strategic planning, and the importance of aligning mission, values, and decision-making to the Sophia Board of Directors, which he joined as of June 2026. …
