SUMMARY:FABOH Leadership Training
DESCRIPTION:Leadership Trainings are in partnership with the Fond du Lac Area Businesses on Health\, otherwise known as FABOH. Each leadership training workshop features a different topic and speaker to support employee engagement. \nThis series will provide quarterly training opportunities for all FABOH member employees but is aimed specifically at supervisors\, managers\, directors\, or any other employees who currently lead others within their organization or aspire to in the future. \nTrust Building: Leading Teams with Heart and Clarity \nStrengthen communication\, foster collaboration\, and create a culture where individuals and teams thrive. \nEffective leadership begins with strong relationships\, and at the heart of those relationships are trust and communication. This interactive workshop explores the essential skills leaders need to create environments where team members feel valued\, heard\, and empowered. Participants will examine strategies for building and maintaining trust\, navigating difficult conversations\, and communicating with clarity\, authenticity\, and impact. Through practical exercises\, real-world scenarios\, and reflective discussions\, leaders will leave with actionable tools to strengthen collaboration\, enhance team engagement\, and foster a culture of transparency and accountability within their organizations. \nBy the end of this workshop\, participants will be able to: \n\nUnderstand the role of trust in effective leadership and its impact on team culture and performance.\n\nDevelop practical communication strategies that build clarity\, transparency\, and connection with team members.\n\nApply techniques to foster psychological safety and encourage open dialogue and collaborative problem-solving.\n\nRecognize and address behaviors that erode trust and learn how to repair relationships when trust is broken.\nImplement actionable tools and exercises to strengthen team engagement\, cohesion\, and productivity.\n\nSpeaker: Christa Williams \nDate: Wednesday\, February 25\, 2026 \nTime: 8:30 am – 10:30 am \nLocation: Marian University – Stayer Center Dining Room \nPre-registration is required.
