DESCRIPTION:This month’s topic: Leading with Trust\nGreenleaf wrote about servant-leaders being individuals who “show the way for others” by setting goals and giving others something to strive for. However\, he also says\, “the one who states the goal must elicit trust.” In this session\, we will discuss the role of trust in servant leadership.  \nThis session will be facilitated by Christa Williams\, Sophia Partners Executive Director and Learning Facilitator. \nAbout this Conversation \nServant Leadership Community of Practice is a fully virtual offering for learning about your individual servant leadership strengths and learning new practices through small group discussion\, facilitated conversations\, and personal reflection. This event occurs on the fourth Tuesday of each month from 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. CST via Zoom. \nProgram Overview \nCommunity of Practice sessions are amazing opportunities for any and all leaders to gather and learn from each other. Through these monthly sessions\, attendees build\, share\, and learn from others as a community of transformative leaders.
