DESCRIPTION:This month’s topic: \nIntentionally Creating Employee Engagement through Servant Leadership\nThe goal of employee engagement is for an employee to feel emotionally committed to an organization and its goals.  \nHow do you do that? What steps can you take?  What if YOU are the one who is not engaged? \nIn this month’s Servant Leadership Community of Practice\, we will discuss how to intentionally create employee engagement through the practice of servant leadership.   \nThrough small and large group discussions with peers\, attendees will explore key learning lessons: \n\nWhat does employee engagement look like for you personally\, on your team\, in your organization?\nWhat do your one-on-one relationships look like?  How do you create a caring mindset (in self and others)\nRecognizing the gaps and opportunities for engagement.\n\nThis session will be facilitated by Sophia Partners Executive Director and Learning Facilitator\, Christa Williams. \n*The session will be recorded. \nRegistration is required for the Zoom link. Bringing your lunch is encouraged! This event occurs on the fourth Tuesday of each month from 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. CST via Zoom. \nProgram Overview \nCommunity of Practice sessions are amazing opportunities for any and all area leaders to gather and learn from each other. Through these monthly sessions\, attendees build\, share\, and learn from others as a community of servant leaders.
