DESCRIPTION:This month’s topic: \nExploring the Link between Servant Leadership and Employee Engagement\nFor more than 20 years employee engagement has been an organizational buzzword used to describe the level of commitment and productivity that employees bring to their work and workplace.   \nIn this month’s Servant Leadership Community of Practice\, we will discuss the practice of servant leadership in relationship to increased employee engagement in the workplace.   \nThrough small and large group discussions with peers\, attendees will explore key learning lessons: \n\nThe connection between Robert Greenleaf’s definition of servant leadership and research on employee engagement.  \nDoes servant leadership create employee engagement?\nThe differentiators of servant leadership that create employee engagement: Developing People\, Building a Trusting Team\, and Achieving Results\n\nThis session will be facilitated by Sophia Partners Executive Director and Learning Facilitator\, Christa Williams. \n*The session will be recorded. \nRegistration is required for the Zoom link.
