DESCRIPTION:This month’s topic:  \nA Conversation on Servant Leadership from the Middle\, featuring author Bernard Osborne\nBernard Osborne\, author of Servant Leadership from the Middle\, is a new\, young voice for the Servant Leadership movement. \nOsborne brings emerging leaders through the steps they need to be better managers while staying true to traditional servant leadership principles. \nThrough crucial learning lessons from his own workplace experience\, Osborne invites attendees to learn more about: \n\nBeing self-aware and seeking continual improvement as a core leadership practice.\nUsing insight and reflection to make necessary changes that better our lives and the lives of others.\nCreating the right conditions for growth to happen\, personally and professionally.\n\nThis session will be facilitated by Sophia Partners Executive Director and Learning Facilitator\, Christa Williams. \n*You do not need to read the book to attend this session. Register here now! \nAbout this Conversation \nLeaders Do Lunch is a fully virtual offering for learning about your individual servant leadership strengths and learning new practices through small group discussion\, facilitated conversations\, and personal reflection where bringing your lunch is encouraged. This event happens on the fourth Tuesday of each month from 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. CST via Zoom. \nProgram Overview \nCommunity of Practice sessions are amazing opportunities for any and all area leaders to gather and learn from each other. Through these monthly sessions\, attendees build\, share\, and learn from others as a community of servant leaders. It’s highly interactive and each month a different servant leadership topic is explored. The same topic is covered during both sessions monthly (Coffee & Conversation and Leaders Do Lunch).
