DESCRIPTION:This month’s topic:  S = S  (Serving equals Serving)\nThe “How-To” Formula for Servant Leadership\n  \nWe are often asked\, “How do I be a servant-leader? What are the things I need to do? Is there a list of action items I can follow?”     \nIn this month’s Servant Leadership Community of Practice\, we will discuss the genius and challenge of Robert Greenleaf’s ‘how-to’ formula for servant leadership. Greenleaf and servant leadership scholar Isabel Lopez says\, “The formula is simple\, S = S. Serving = Serving.”   \nUnderstanding the concept of serving is at the heart of understanding servant leadership. Yet this foundational word is often misunderstood. \nUsing small and large group discussions with peers\, attendees will explore key learning lessons from Greenleaf’s writings about servant leadership to: \n\nDefine serving.\n\nDevelop actionable servant leadership “how to” behaviors.\nRealize the importance of authentically understanding servant leadership\, personally and in organizations\, at this time in history.\n\nThis session will be facilitated by Christa Williams\, Sophia Partner’s Executive Director and Learning Facilitator. \nRegistration:  Registration is required for the Zoom link. SUMMARY:FABOH Workshop: Emotionally Intelligent Leadership
DESCRIPTION:Leadership Workshops are in partnership with Fond du Lac Area Businesses on Health\, otherwise known as FABOH. Each leadership training workshop features a different topic and speaker to support employee engagement. \nThis series will provide quarterly training opportunities for all FABOH member employees but is aimed specifically at supervisors\, managers\, directors\, or any other employees who currently lead others within their organization or aspire to in the future. \nEmotional Intelligent Leadership\nEvent Details:\nIn this workshop participants will gain exposure to the Four Core Skills of Emotional Intelligence.
