Growth is not linear and often comes from mistakes. Because people have lapses in judgment or perform in ways that are less than expected\, there is a need to forgive.  \nRarely is forgiveness in the top 10 leadership qualities. Yet\, the ability of a leader to create a culture where it is safe to make mistakes\, learn and grow could have the greatest impact on individual and team performance.    \nRobert Greenleaf said\, “Anybody could lead perfect people — if there were any. But there aren’t any perfect people.” \nEverybody makes mistakes.
