Meet Krista Clements!

Sophia Partners is proud to announce the hiring of Krista Clements as our Community Engagement Coordinator & Program Specialist. Her role is to grow Sophia’s network beyond the Fond du Lac area through impactful programming.

With connections in La Crosse, Baraboo and throughout Wisconsin, Krista joins Christa to share Sophia’s leadership development programs with anyone interested in learning about servant leadership!

From Her Bio:

Krista has over 15 years experience in leadership development, mostly within the context of faith-based organizations and service-learning.  She has been mentored, guided, and inspired by thought leaders in the areas of emergent systems, contemplative practice, and servant leadership.

An alum of Viterbo University in La Crosse, WI, Krista holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music Theatre with a Psychology minor and a Master of Arts in Servant Leadership. She has additional training and certifications in the Leadership Circle, collective leadership assessments, ethical leadership in organizations, nonprofit leadership development, transformational leadership, collaborative leadership, reiki, and holistic wellness.
